Caleb Staff graduated from TCU in 2018 with a B.S. in Engineering with a Mechanical Emphasis. He joined TSC in 2018 and has worked in the Dallas and Tulsa offices. He now resides in Austin, TX working in the Ausin Office covering Central/South Texas. Caleb is a native Texan who loves being outside and is an avid golfer.

Wesley Winchester

Outside Sales - San Antonio

Wes Winchester joined Tubbesing in 2021 as an outside salesman for the Central Texas Team. He graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 2005 with a B.S. in Engineering and has held multiple engineering and sales roles within the Maritime and Oil & Gas industries since. A native Texan, Wes currently resides in the San Antonio area.

Jim Herendeen

Inside Sales - Austin & San Antonio

Jim Herendeen joined Tubbesing in June of 2021 following his graduation from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a mechanical emphasis. Jim lives in Austin, Texas and holds the role of an inside sales engineer supporting the Central/South Texas office. Jim is originally from New Jersey and outside of the office his hobbies include Ice Hockey and Golfing.
