Don Lemmon
Sales Manager - HoustonDon Lemmon graduated from Penn State University in 2001 with a B.S. in Physics. Don spent nearly 9 years in the mission critical industry with APC & Schneider Electric before joining TSC in 2011. Don’s primary focus at Tubbesing was managing relationships with key accounts and the construction community including consulting engineers, contractors, architects, and real estate firms. Don is involved in industry organizations including IEEE, 7×24 Exchange & Data Center Dynamics.
Ryan Holz
Outside Sales - HoustonRyan Holz graduated from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a BS in Agricultural Systems Management. Ryan spent 9 years with Cummins Inc. in outside sales of commercial mobile generators for emergency vehicles, oil and gas, telecom, and commercial vehicle applications. During his tenure, he helped introduce the residential and light commercial standby product into the market, working directly with generator dealers, electrical contractors, and wholesale distributors.
Stephen Schutte
Outside Sales - HoustonStephen Schutte graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2016, and recently graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 with a Masters of Engineering in Industrial Distribution. Since graduating from TCU in 2016, Stephen has supported and managed relationships in the Critical Facilities Industry. Stephen currently resides in Houston, TX and enjoys spending time with his family and friends during his time away from work. Some of his favorite past times include hunting, fishing, & cycling.
Lauren Ware
Inside Sales - HoustonLauren Ware graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Psychology. Before joining TSC, Lauren held various roles in human resources, software renewals and sales operations at a few tech companies in Houston. Her interests include reading, working out, outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is married with three step children and recently had a son of her own.
Drew Lee
Inside Sales - HoustonDrew was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. Before joining Tubbesing, Drew spent 4 years in oil and gas equipment sales working with the engineering and procurement team to better understand the designs and processes to supply all materials needed for any project (new, renovations, upgrades etc.).
