With a 40 year history in the mission critical market we have a seasoned engineering team to assist on front end designs, established relationships across a range manufacturers to help complete jobs on time and under budget, a dedicated team of project managers to oversee the logistics, in-house warehousing options, and large service engineer fleet to support commissioning assistance and ongoing maintenance for full lifecycle support.

  • Tubbesing is structured to support our customers at every level of project development. We have a Solutions and Service group.

    The Solutions group is focussed on assisting in creating designs, layouts, and all pre-construction efforts. The team focuses on electrical equipment from the utility grid to the outlet level as well as low voltage and connectivity offerings.

    From project award through commissioning, our customers will engage with a dedicated team of project managers responsible for tracking progress, milestones, and coordinating all site logistics as it relates to our equipment.

    After commissioning is when our Services group is there to assist with any and all ongoing support for the electrical equipment. It is the mission of our Services group for our customers to get the most from their investments by offering extended warranty options, battery replacement services, or preventative maintenance visits. Tubbesing Services was picked to be the DataBank battery vendor for 2024, responsible for supplying all batteries nation wide and selected to perform the replacement of batteries in DataBank facilities in LA, Salt Lake City, Washington, Atlanta, and Houston.

  • With over 40 years in the business, we’ve learned quite a few things along the way. All of which greatly benefit our clients.

    Some customers believe working with manufacturers directly is the best approach, but the feedback we hear is that when doing so the manufacturers can be remarkably slow. Slow to respond, slow to act, and in doing so may introduce challenges that cost time, money, and can kill a project.

    Tubbesing is large enough to accommodate nation wide agreements but small enough to be nimble and deploy quickly. Being involved in project design early, we are able to work with manufacturers to ensure that we have products where and when they need them.

    We have accomplished this through Tubbesing’s own stock program as well as MSA contracts. The MSA plans are designed around our customers needs for fast deployment of equipment including, MV transformers, Switchgear, UPS systems, and more.

Past Projects

A small sampling of our past efforts.

We have assisted with both services and hardware for DataBank as well as a number of other large data center projects of varying sizes.

  • Over the years Tubbesing has supplied many PDUs and power distribution components to DataBank.

    More recently we have held the master service agreement the for national battery replacements. The contract included both supplying and supporting the delivery management including, logistical support, receiving and inventorying. Additionally we were responsible for installing at select locations.

  • Supported 11 large campus build outs in TX, AZ, VA, and IL providing MV Transformers, Switchgear, DC systems, UPS systems, PDUs, and commissioning assistance.

  • Supported 6 medium campus build outs in TX, AZ, VA, providing MV Transformers, Switchboards, UPS systems, PDUs, and commissioning assistance.

  • Supported 10 medium campus build outs in TX and MN providing MV Transformers, Switchboards, UPS systems, STS, PDUs, RPP, Buswayand commissioning assistance.
